The staff was friendly. They were helpful. The room was immaculate, so I liked that. I found the bed very comfortable. The hotel really tried for my partner's birthday. I appreciated that.
Curtains did have stains. The heating did not work. A small heater was in the room, though. The jacuzzi was not working. It has been that way for six months!
