the heater In room 201 did not work at ALL. i reported it via the room app, but no one responded for 30 minutes. communication was difficult, since there was no room telephone.

The beds were comfortable. I found a coffee machine, a fridge, and a kettle, so all needs were met. The shower offered hot, powerful water. The hotel features a good-size pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a wet room. Food in the restaurant was delicious.
I found that the sink tap shot out water unexpectedly. It seemed like a blocked pipe bursting from pressure, water went everywhere.

The check-in process was handled by a friendly lady, and she was really helpful. I received a 10% meal discount offer upon arrival, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. The staff members were very cute.

i noticed some noise outside my room, 309, particularly from people near the elevators.

The staff was friendly. They were helpful. The room was immaculate, so I liked that. I found the bed very comfortable. The hotel really tried for my partner's birthday. I appreciated that.
Curtains did have stains. The heating did not work. A small heater was in the room, though. The jacuzzi was not working. It has been that way for six months!
